Build one filing pack.
Keep the originals; arrange copies in the same order as your evidence list.
Foreign-worker check: Bring the passport used for the employment, the relevant work-permit and residence-permit records, and a Chinese employer-registration record. If a key document is not in Chinese, ask the receiving committee whether it wants a translation and in what form.

Zhejiang publishes an online mediation/arbitration platform
The province publishes an operating guide for its online labor-dispute platform. The platform does not remove the need to select the committee with jurisdiction over the employer or workplace.
