Use the employer registration and work location to narrow the likely committee. Guangzhou's official table calls these arbitration receiving or service locations, but you should still confirm jurisdiction by phone.

Keep the originals; arrange copies in the same order as your evidence list.
Foreign-worker check: Bring the passport used for the employment, the relevant work-permit and residence-permit records, and a Chinese employer-registration record. If a key document is not in Chinese, ask the receiving committee whether it wants a translation and in what form.

Guangdong publishes rules for online and asynchronous hearings after a case enters the system. That is not proof that this city accepts a new arbitration application online. Confirm intake with the local contact.
