Workload and stressload will be extreme here with impossible standards you just can't meet. The expectations of management/parents and the english ability of the pupils just do not match.
Accomodation can be good but the school forces all new teachers to live in their school block. This causes no end of issues living and working with people full time is just not conduciove to a work life balance and causes not end of social problems.
