They tried cutting my salary 3 times, the first time I just agreed and let it go to not cause any conflict or war because I simply want to teach and live in peace in China . 2nd time I was totally against it and they let it SLIDE.... After a lot of arguing back and forth and uncomfortable conversations with the agents.
I refused and asked them to give me my release letter and my severance ， They refused of course, they will lie to you say the kindergarten needs to give you the letter, once you ask kindergarten, they say the agent has to give it to you, basically just lying playing hot potato to waste your time.
