Gleekidz / Anle, Zhenghe & Zhanglan Primary Schools

It’s basically an agency called gleekidz that has foreign teachers in Luoyang, Luolong district. They force teachers to work in multiple public primary schools and training centers around the city. They force teachers to sign double contracts to avoid tax. They don’t respect work permits specific locations. They don’t handle visas early before expiring wich resulted in group of teachers overstaying in China and then later they had to pay the fine. The manager Ellen is toxic and not professional she threatens teachers and the boss doesn’t pay severance after not expecting to renew the contracts. The whole business is corrupt. Low wages, low communication skills, dysfunctional and unstable team. Teachers leaving 10 days after arriving. Horrible school facilities, teachers share toilets with students in doorless bathrooms. The boss deducts salaries like it’s his hobby and for fun. Late 3 minutes 200rmb deduction. And the last thing is that you have to teach in extreme schedules and environments because of the afterschool class System. Avoid this agency and these schools as much as you can and don’t get brainwashed by the management. They’re fraud they won’t pay tax or severance nor social insurance.
