It’s a toxic shit show. I have friends who work there. Clueless SLT (the stories they told me are shocking) and horrendous behaviour from students I was told. They literally accept anyone to fill seats and don’t support students who have extra needs. Money before kids needs. Huge turnover of staff.
agreed on it not being a shit show as well. just make sure you get clear answers for things for your evaluations or they'll try and shorten you of your bonus. same thing with original agreed salary
