I am a teacher here from UK. Awaiting my contract to end. They just tell parents what they want to hear and work teachers for every yuan they earn. It’s not a good school, at all.
Another comment from the same teacher already quoted on this page. The older thread also contains favourable accounts about working at the school, accommodation and pay. No employment documents accompany the complaint.

I don’t know what it’s like now, but one thing to note is that the former headmaster (who was unpopular both there and in his previous school) left a couple of years ago, so something to bear in mind when reading ISR.
As a student here since the founding year, I know that the accommodations for teachers are really nice, however the school has started to rapidly degrade over the course of 3 years, a lot of reformations happened that damaged its reputation amongst parents. For all I know the school offers are really competitive salary, probably even the highest overall in Shenzhen.
