I only have experience at the Hefei branch. It was awful and I can’t recommend this organization to anyone. It’s for-profit. They might hire you for HS then put you in middle school or primary. There will be lies, micromanagement, no curriculum, no personal laptop, 20 peer observations detailed and submitted to admin. Constant observations, lies, unhappy and unhelpful coworkers, and preparing for CCP party member visits. And don’t forget to upload your materials, so CCP can check it each week.
