For users whose mobile phones cannot receive verification codes during the registration process, an e-mail address can be used for receiving verification codes to complete the registration.

Please follow instructions and send the required materials ton [email protected], and wait for the technical support team to do the verification.

5. For how long is the health status shown on the Health Code valid? Can I use a screenshot instead?

The health status shown on the QR code will be automatically updated every 15 minutes. It will be valid only for 15 minutes, therefore screenshots cannot be used as an alternative to the Health Code itself.

In case of any doubts, users can send feedback to [email protected] for modification and correction with relevant supporting materials, which will be examined by the support team.
